- 1Clear an error overlay with Cancel (X). Open Fax briefly to locate the illuminated star (*) key, then return Home without dialling.
- 2Open the front cover. Hold that same, now unlit, star-key position for about five seconds.
- 3Select TNR-HC for the new high-yield toner listed here and confirm the reset prompt. Do not choose a starter or super-high entry.
- 4Wait for Accepted, then close the front cover.
